EDMR (Elite Dangerous Material Research) uses the EDGIS DB (fed by EDDN/EDSM) to find nearby systems (50 by default).
Then it checks available data including body composition.
When done, it sorts and identifies best candidates (Top 10) for selected raw materials. Volcanism can be used as a filter.
Useful especially when you need to synthetize some stuff or FSD injection and no well known site is close enough (because you are deep in the black).
