Using third party tool (If This Then That) app collects new RSS entries to Galnet and forwards a text message alert to your mobile phone. Full Galnet entry must be accessed, in smartphone via phone web browser, by feedreader or found in game. (IFTTT can also be useful for a wide range of web automation).
